Manufacturing (MFG) Day is manufacturing’s biggest annual opportunity to inspire the next generation, positively shift perceptions about our industry, and build the foundation for the manufacturing workforce of the future. Join us at Crest HQ on the first Friday in October for an overview of career opportunities in manufacturing at Crest and in the Central Louisiana Community. Manufacturing Day at Crest Industries is ideal for younger high school students, groups, and classes looking for exposure to a variety of career opportunities in manufacturing and industrial services.
MFG+ is an immersive, behind-the-scenes experience that goes beyond the basics, offering hands-on exposure, insider access, and real career connections. Small group tours of local manufacturing facilities and demonstrations from professionals help participants see themselves at one of the area's leading manufacturers. This program is ideal for individual students who are serious about starting their journey in manufacturing and ready to go deeper. Students must submit an application to participate in this program.*
