Optimal Field Services Celebrates 10 Years of Serving Clients

Throughout Optimal’s 10 years of operation, the team has faced many trials, but they also share an unwavering, energetic desire to exceed expectations from clients, competitors, and themselves.

After years of working in the field, Optimal's founding team members decided to break from tradition and build the company they wanted to work for. They believed in starting a business rooted in trust, its team, and the idea that everyone matters and has a part in getting the job done right.

In October of 2013, their vision became a reality, and Optimal Field Services began serving clients in the industrial turnaround industry.

Breaking into the highly competitive turnaround industry is no easy task, but Optimal Field Services was made for the challenge. They hit the ground running and quickly built a reputation from the ground up, growing the company along with our list of clients.  

Optimal joined the Crest Industries' family of companies in 2016 and opened the door to further growth, support, and success across all areas of the business.

Together the team has celebrated an impressive safety record with only one OSHA Recordable and zero Lost Time accidents in company history. They served their customers during historical storms like Hurricane Harvey in Texas and Hurricanes Ida and Laura in Louisiana. They protected their teams from layoffs and major changes in the petrochemical industry during the COVID-19 pandemic, and they remain an agile, high-performance team dedicated to their values and their people.

Today, Optimal’s elite team of more than 6,000 craftsmen provides comprehensive industrial services to customers across the country. From Texas to Tennessee, the teams at sites and offices throughout the South give their clients powerful, productive, and proven results through their specializations in turnaround services, specialty welding, capital projects, and routine maintenance.

The last decade was filled with plenty of challenges, successes, lessons learned, and satisfied clients, and the Optimal team is excited to discover what the next 10 years have in store.
