Crest Acquires Assets of Central Industrial Supply

Crest Industries, LLC, the parent company of a family of world-class companies serving the energy, electric, petrochemical, industrial, and forestry industries, announced the acquisition of Central Industrial Supply, Inc., an industrial supply company based in Winnfield, Louisiana.

Central Industrial Supply is an industrial supply distributor primarily serving the pulp and plywood industries. Central has a solid reputation throughout the industry and generates over 90% of its revenue from repeat business. Crest Industries will continue Central’s operations in its Winnfield facility and will retain all current employees.
