Connecting with Students & Celebrating Women in Industry

As a family of companies, Crest Industries is dedicated to our purpose of challenging and empowering individuals and organizations to grow beyond what they believe is possible. A large part of living that purpose is questioning the status quo, innovating, and laying a firm and sustainable foundation for those who will come after us.

The women on our teams have a significant impact on Crest and our communities, and we believe that the influence they have should be celebrated. Crest and each of our business units operate in traditionally male-dominated fields, so each year through our Women in Industry initiative, we try to showcase the importance of Women in STEM and business to hopefully inspire the next generation of female professionals and leaders.

This year, we partnered with the Louisiana Tech University chapter of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) to give students the opportunity to speak with one of our top engineering leaders and hear about her experience forging her own path and setting standards for technical excellence across the United States. Watch the full interview by clicking the thumbnail below.
