Sept. 14, 2026 - Alexandria, LA - Mid-State Supply, a Crest Industries company, announces Brock Hartman as the company's president, bringing more than 27 years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience with BP/Castrol, H-E-B, and Procter & Gamble.

Throughout his career, Hartman has led large, complex manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and developing strong teams. His leadership style is grounded in staying close to the work, listening to people, setting clear expectations, and building trust through consistency.

“I’ve spent my career close to the work and close to the people doing it," says Hartman. "I’m here to listen first, learn fast, and lead with consistency. Most importantly, I’m here to support people, set clear expectations, and help the team win.”
